With interoperability now widely regarded as a top priority for NHS IT leaders, this webinar provides an overview of a shared care record platform which has the potential to define the standard for integrated care in England and disrupt the existing landscape.

This solution, developed by Kainos and underpinned by FHIR data standard, addresses the widespread need for intuitive and easy to use services across healthcare providers. First introduced in Gloucestershire CCG over a year ago, the platform enables the move to secure managed sharing of patient information a single digital record across the various touchpoints within the healthcare system, from GPs, hospitals, community health to social care teams.

In this webinar learn how Gloucestershire CCG and Kainos worked in partnership to develop and implement a shared care record solution that:

  • Empowers the clinician to make the best possible decisions with up to date information
  • Reduces time, effort, resources required to chase missing information.
  • Enables better informed decisions leading to earlier diagnosis and treatment.
  • Ensures enhanced patient safety e.g. improved medication management.

Join Una Rice, JUYI Project Manager Gloucestershire CCG and SCW CSU, Matt Cox, client Director, Kainos who will take us through their ground-breaking journey to joined up person-centred care. During the webinar you will also have the opportunity to view a demo of the system and pose questions our panel.
